1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of suhaas.com.pk and any purchase made through the website. In these terms, “Suhaas,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Suhaas online store. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or user of the website.

By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding transaction to place an order. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and order information, protecting your login details and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised account use.

3. Product Information

We try to present product names, descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes, prices and images accurately. However:

Colours and packaging may appear different depending on lighting, screen settings or production updates.
Fragrance develops differently depending on skin chemistry, environment, application and storage.
Scent perception and preference are personal and may vary from one person to another.
Product packaging may be updated without changing the fragrance or stated size.

4. Inspiration and Trademark Disclaimer

Where a product is described as our impression of, inspired by or comparable in scent direction to another fragrance, this description is provided only to help customers understand the fragrance profile. Suhaas is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the owners of any referenced third-party brand or trademark. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, stock availability and product details may change without prior notice.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is subject to availability and acceptance by Suhaas. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, as applicable and agreed with you.

6. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement. This does not always mean the order has been accepted. We may confirm order details by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
Product or pricing errors
Stock unavailability
Delivery restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any eligible refund will be processed through an appropriate available method.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change over time. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders within Karachi are usually delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation. Orders outside Karachi are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation. These estimates exclude public holidays, severe weather, service interruptions and remote-area delays.

Delivery Outside Karachi: Rs. 250

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Courier delays may occur outside our direct control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be sent again because of incorrect information, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal after confirmation.

Risk of loss or damage passes according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement used. Please inspect the parcel promptly after receiving it.

9. Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the parcel and product
A brief description of the problem

Do not discard the product or packaging while the request is being reviewed. After verification, we may arrange a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and stock availability.

10. Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged because of personal preference, scent perception, projection or how the fragrance develops on the wearer's skin.

An unopened product may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

You contact us within 10 days of delivery
The seal, packaging and product are intact and unused
You provide proof of purchase
The item meets the conditions of our published return policy

Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by Suhaas. Return delivery costs for a change-of-mind request are the customer's responsibility, where such a return is accepted.

Products purchased during clearance, final-sale or special promotions may be non-returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Any restriction will be shown on the relevant offer or product page.

Nothing in these terms removes any right available to you under applicable law.

11. Cancellations and Order Changes

To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been confirmed, packed or handed to the courier.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

Apply only during the stated period
May be limited to selected products or customers
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
May be withdrawn or corrected where there is misuse, fraud or an obvious error

If a promotion has separate rules, those rules will apply alongside these terms.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that it is honest, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. You give Suhaas permission to display and reproduce that content for website, customer-support and promotional purposes, with attribution where appropriate.

We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant, contains private information or violates these terms. We will not knowingly present invented customer reviews as genuine reviews.

14. Intellectual Property

The Suhaas name, logo, website copy, product presentation, graphics, photographs and other brand material are owned by or licensed to Suhaas and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You may not copy, republish, sell, exploit or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

15. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
Interfere with website operation, security or checkout
Introduce malware or harmful code
Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information
Scrape, copy or exploit website content without permission
Submit false orders, false reviews or misleading information
Violate the rights of Suhaas, another customer or any third party

Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, couriers, payment providers, social platforms and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Suhaas is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

17. Website Availability and Errors

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free. We may correct errors, update information, suspend features or cancel an affected order where a material price, stock or product error has occurred.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suhaas will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, third-party services or misuse of a product. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Always read and follow any instructions provided with a product. Stop using a fragrance if irritation or discomfort occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, breach of these terms or violation of another party's rights.

20. Events Beyond Our Control

Suhaas will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural disaster, severe weather, public emergency, government action, internet failure, labour disruption or supply interruption.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the courts or lawful dispute-resolution forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Changes apply from the date they are published, unless otherwise stated.
